Darkening is the Company's 6th full-length, original, narrative show and was our triumphant return after the global pandemic. With a clear nod toward vampire mythology and a Rocky-Horror-lilt, Darkening is a tale of naivety and evil masquerading as good.

SHOW SYNOPSIS:
Enter our draconian world of colorful captives, rabble rousers, and unexpected monochrome misogynists, revamped amid vampires and romance. Using inspiration from the classic gothics of Bronte and Poe; part The Falling, Pleasantville, Giselle and Interview with the Vampire. As love brews between Edwardian students Edgar and his soon to be bride, can their star-crossed romance survive ... family?
Do the shadows within ultimately define our tell-tale hearts?
An undead and suffragette infused contemporary ballet for the ages...
Do you want to bring all, or part, of this dark drama to your company, festival or beyond? Darkening is replete with an equal measure emotive choreography and nuanced solo performance opportunities. Contact us to find out more.
